Woolrich Black Label Fall 2011: Robust and Dainty

NEW YORK, Feb 15, 2011/FR/– Woolrich John Rich and Bros., most commonly known for its heritage menswear collection, has put women on their archival radar, with the launch of the Black Label for Fall 2011. Creative Director Paula Gerbase’s background in tailoring and fabric construction has made this newly launched womenswear collection highly covetable. Modern yet delicate is the forte, and the tasteful balance of masculine lines and feminine fabrics make for an ultra-organically pleasing look.

Solid, classic pieces comprise this collection, where tailored pants, functional outwear, and silk prints are all paired with chunky booties, once again correlating robust and dainty qualities. Fabrics contrast the heavy and the light, drawing out the feminine by taking it to its bare essentials. This line appeals to a wide range of women while staying true to an intended focus. The naturalist, the prepster, and the elegant lady would all rage over this collection. Wonderfully crafted.
