RAMOSPORT Womenswear Spring Summer 2009: Soft & Vibrant

PARIS, Jul 30, 2008 / FR / — Architectonically designed to flatter the female form, the Ramosport Spring 2009 collection plays with inlays and bias cuts to compose a wardrobe in both soft and vibrant colours.

“Inspired by the film with Peter Sellers “The Party,” I have tried to reinterpret for today the freedom and imagination so unique to the 1960s” , explains Julien Fournié, the Creative Director of the Parisian brand specialized in “casual luxury”. “In addition to coats, trench coats, jackets and parkas, we are also presenting dresses for the very first time.”

The colour palette based on sand, rose beige and café au lait is brightened by pink, mint green, turquoise, and azure blue. The prints integrate this palette with stylised floral motifs and candy coloured geometrics.

Iridescent taffeta, silk satin, fluid crepe, gabardines and technical fabrics with innovative finishes attest the company’s heritage. Much attention to details: silk bows, multi-striped zippers, two fabrics pieces and the inside as beautifully finished as the outside, guarantee the authentic refinement of the garment.
