NEW YORK Sept 30,2011 /FW/-

Number:Lab always knows what to roll out when it comes to the true day in the life of. Inspiration for Spring 2012 came from a take on Picasso meet’s New York’s skate scene at Pier 62. The set up; dusty cobalt blue against white and grey stripes, black and white color blocking and key pops of orange and blue.  Spring’s wardrobe offered everything from solid suiting to sporty tailored shorts all worn with sneaks and topsiders. Horizontal strips were everywhere. We saw stripes bold and subtle on trousers, crews and tanks. It’s the season for light weight outter wear and Number:Lab offered some pretty good looking hoodies and breakers. Details were simple but played a big role in the modern vibe when white trim work contrasted jackets and trousers. The collection was modern and clean and made NYC feel a little more like New Port.
